About SEG Construction Ltd

SEG Construction is a rapidly growing business operating in construction, property investment and development in the UK. Our projects include brown field sites, mixed-use buildings, residential, commercial, in both the private and public sectors. We are driven by our company values, focusing on our customers, colleagues and community. Directly and indirectly we employ a large workforce often in the local areas we are active in. SEG Construction is a highly successful, privately owned business that continues to grow. Our ethos is focused on transparency, and we always aim to work from a client perspective on our sites. SEG understand that the industry is facing ever increasing pressures due to escalating financial costs from lenders and higher built-in risk factors when asking for competitive tenders from contractors, and we factor these elements into our approach. SEG work closely with our developer partners to produce a negotiated tender that delivers for both parties. We achieve this by understanding you budget and value engineering the construction project so that it delivers results within your budget. Our Clients. Housing accusations. Landowners. Developers.
