Starting in the middle of a global pandemic, Select Stays flipped difficult to rent apartment units into premier short term rental hot spots through homestay websites such as AirBnB and VRBO. We held occupancy rates of over 90% throughout the struggles of Covid-19 by perfecting practices related to marketing, property turnover, price strategy and overall high level management of units. Now, we continue to partner with property owners looking to maximize profits of their rentals. Select Stays manages everything from small apartments and ADUs to large apartment buildings.
