About Select Trade Brands Ltd

Select Trade Brands Ltd is a multi-channel trade group built on over 35 years of industry expertise. It all began with the launch of SPI, an innovative plumbing brand that continues to offer specialist tools and consumables such as CleanFit abrasives, ReversiDoor access panels, and the PlumbTub - trusted by professionals across the UK. Today, Select Trade Brands brings together a portfolio of focused trade websites, product brands, and a UK distribution centre under one roof. This consolidation streamlines operations and strengthens our position as a one-stop solution for the plumbing, heating, maintenance, and construction sectors. Our flagship e-commerce site, Trade Counter Direct, serves trade professionals with an unbeatable range of tools, equipment, and site essentials from leading global brands. Expanding into the workwear sector, Trade Workwear offers tough, reliable clothing and footwear from brands like Portwest and Milwaukee. Power tool specialists benefit from HiKOKI Power Tools Direct, which supplies the full HiKOKI catalogue for both trade and DIY markets. We also support niche yet critical trade needs through Access Panel Store, offering fire-rated and maintenance access panels; and Meter Boxes Now, a go-to source for gas and electric meter boxes, spares, and accessories. Complementing this is MeterBoxes.co.uk, known for precision-manufactured products through its partnership with DKM Sheet Metal. Backed by a 30,000 sq ft distribution centre in Devon, Select Trade Brands ensures fast delivery, expert support, and a commitment to innovation. From a single plumbing brand to a group of specialist platforms, we continue to evolve with the needs of modern tradespeople—delivering quality, service, and value every step of the way.
