We are an associate-based organisation dedicated to empowering individuals to access and utilise their personal budgets. Our primary focus is on providing comprehensive support with Individual Service Funds (ISFs) and their implementation, ensuring commissioning systems and services are person-centred and inclusive. We specialise in a range of services to help organisations effectively implement ISFs: - Setting Up Individual Service Funds: Guidance on establishing and managing ISFs to ensure personalised and effective support. - Collecting and Evidencing Outcomes: Helping organisations demonstrate the impact of their services through robust evidence. -Quality Improvement: Implementing strategies for continuous enhancement of ISF-supported services - Embedding Co-production and Self-directed Approaches: Integrating these into organisational systems and culture to enhance ISF effectiveness. We are dedicated to transforming rhetoric into reality by embedding person-centred approaches and co-production into every aspect of our consultancy.
