We're a work culture consultancy for founder-led companies navigating the people and structural problems that slow growth down. Most issues within your organisational structure and work culture, especially the ones that lead to hiring and firing, are rarely identified in time. Grounded in psychology and organisational behaviour, we partner with companies to surface and resolve the underlying conditions behind attrition, misalignment, disengagement, and cultural breakdown. Our work begins with a hands-on attrition risk assessment: surveys, interviews, observation, and analysis of existing HR data to build a precise picture of what's actually going on. From there we design and deliver our tailored, curated interventions: policy drafting, designing and tweaking your standard operating procedures, reworking your organizational structures, improving documentation methods, management consulting, meeting and stand-up structure, leadership development and conflict resolution. All of the above is built around what our assessment finds, and is tailored to the values you wish to incorporate into your company culture.
