That is a problem for them because measuring living bacteria takes 2-3 days. Sensip-dx measures this in only 15 minutes: presence, strain specific and concentration. This will optimize total food supply chain from farmer to fork, saving a lot of costs, AND reducing food waste. Fast bacteria detection also brings value during processing, fermentation and probiotics production.
