Sensitive Matters is an online publisher of fully customizable children’s books that help you talk honestly with your child about their origins. Whether your family came about with the help of an egg, sperm or embryo donor; a surrogate; or through fostering or adoption; we have the story for you. There are different versions for traditional, same sex and single families. All books are 100% editable – you can change all of the text so it truly is YOUR family story. You can add your family photos, modify the clipart illustrations and even change the colour of the pages. We believe passionately that children have a right to know about their origins – that this information belongs to them. We encourage parents to tell their children as early as possible and to keep talking and adapting their language as their child develops.
