About Sequoia Solutions LLC

Sequoia Solutions is a Workday AMS provider purpose-built for organizations that need strategic support without one-size-fits-all approaches. We were founded by Workday professionals who had seen both sides of the table, as clients managing complex platforms with lean teams, and as consultants delivering implementations at scale. What we found in the AMS market was a persistent gap: organizations left without the documentation, training, or institutional knowledge to truly own their systems. Our model pairs deep Workday expertise with AI-assisted workflows to deliver enterprise-quality support with boutique-level responsiveness. But what sets us apart is our philosophy: every engagement is built around your capability, not your dependency. Documentation that explains what was done and why. Knowledge transfer woven in from day one, not offered as an upsell. Named after the ancient giants that grow to remarkable heights through deep roots and interconnected strength, we measure success by the capability we leave behind, less admin drag, lasting understanding, and systems that enable teams instead of slowing them down.
