Serenity Alternative Investments is a quantitative investment management firm specializing in commercial real estate. We are the only firm on the market with a fully quantitative approach to investing in REITs which insulates our clients from human biases inherent in portfolio management. We believe that high quality commercial real estate as an asset class generates compelling returns over time, and that investing in real estate through the REIT market mitigates many risks faced by direct property investment.
