About Serious Play Methods

𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰 operates primarily in Canada and Vietnam offering a range of services. Our primary focus is on 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗢® 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆® 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝘀, both facilitation of workshops, and training and certification of facilitators of the LEGO® Serious Play® method (in partnership with LSP Methods), but we also have expertise in and offer services in a range of other areas including action learning, coaching, team development, creative intelligence and ideation, and consulting, using a range of different methodologies and tools. We have expertise in the Serious Play, Creativity, Creative Intelligence, Organizational Culture, and People and Culture areas. Our services, workshops and trainings draw heavily on a range of different experiential approaches. - Facilitate LEGO® Serious Play® method workshops in your organisation - Train and certify LEGO® Serious Play® method facilitators and educators in partnership with LSP Method - Action Learning coaching of teams - Applied Improv workshops - Basadur Creativity Profile assessments and debriefing - Creativity and Ideation Workshops - Design and Ideation Sprints - Facilitation of meetings, strategy sessions, and other events - Keynote speaking - Organisational Creative Intelligence assessments - Team and organisational culture assessments and development plans - Team Development workshops and coaching using a variety of training tools
