About SERSY ASSOCIATES LTD

Based in North London, we are a team of dedicated and enthusiastic software professionals providing technology and software consultancy services. Established in 2012, our passion is to deliver cost-effective, innovative, and easy to use software solutions aimed at enhancing business productivity and efficiency. We strongly believe that bespoke solutions require a bespoke customer-oriented focus and this is where our dedicated account managers offer a personalised package of unparalleled customer service and support. Bespoke solutions and personalised customer service don't have to come at a bespoke price. Our prices are very competitive as we always strive to deliver the best value to our clients. We understand that not all businesses operate during normal business hours and that sometimes urgent matters do come up out of hours. If that sounds all too familiar to you, then rest assured as our devoted team are prepared to make ourselves available in such circumstances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our business model revolves around customer satisfaction and places that at number one on our priorities list; this has been key to our success and our thriving growth. All of our software solutions are designed and developed in the UK by highly experienced UK-based software consultants, architects, engineers and developers. Our impeccable reputation and ardour for customer service has enabled us to serve distinguished clients in the UK, in Europe and in the Middle East. Our satisfied customers come from various industries including consultancy, rail, financial, retail, recruitment, hospitality, heating and energy efficiency, manufacturing and more.
