About Serving Good, Inc. (Non-Profit)

We serves over 4,000 active-duty military, veterans, and their families every year. Nearly a fifth (roughly 16%) of military and veteran families face food insecurity, often skipping meals, choosing between buying food or paying rent. Serving Good provides fresh food and shelf stable food to active-duty military, veterans, and their families with food and necessities. We work directly with grocery retailers and companies to provide food to veterans and military families on a year-round basis free of charge. Our volunteers work with local VFW veterans organizations and San Diego retailers, enabling us to provide food to veterans and military families through a free weekly food market that enables military, veterans, and their families to shop for food.
