Settley enables property to exist as a digital, tradeable, income‑generating asset that can participate in modern financial systems. We provide the infrastructure to onboard real homes, fractionalise ownership, and automate rental income distribution, allowing people to gain exposure to property without debt, residency, or operational burden. For property owners, Settley provides a mechanism to access liquidity faster by offering equity to a global pool of buyers, while maintaining control of operations and long‑term value creation. Our underlying architecture allows property‑based income streams to support new financial products, including pooling, lending, and structured yield strategies, opening the door to programmable real‑world assets. We have built the full stack required to support this model and are launching initial assets with early users.
