INVESTMENT FOCUS • Seeking majority ownership • Services businesses, ideally with: B2B sales process; testing, inspection, certification, repair/maintenance business models; largely recurring revenue base • $1 to $10 million EBITDA MANAGEMENT BRANDON KUCHTA – CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR Brandon co-founded Seven Springs to pursue his dream of owning and operating small business. He has acquired and ran multiple services businesses and is excited about the future of Seven Springs. RJ PRICE – CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR RJ joined Seven Springs to become an entrepreneur and seize the challenges of owning-operating small and medium-sized businesses. He has helped invest in and run small enterprises and is excited about the future of Seven Springs.
