We believe that every organization should have a plan. Not just any plan, but a long-term strategic plan. That means planning for the next five to seven years with the vision for the organization as the inspiration. We also believe that to be useful, a strategic plan must be comprehensive but still simple to understand. It’s also important that it be quick to launch. A strategic plan that takes a year or more to develop creates the risk of people losing interest, and the plan itself losing relevance. Because of this, our proprietary program was developed in such a way that the basic strategic plan will take six months or less to develop. But what really makes us different is that we don’t just teach you "the what" of strategic planning; we teach you "the how" of bringing your strategy to life. After all, a plan that sits on a shelf somewhere doesn’t accomplish anything and is a waste of valuable resources.
