About Shakti Therapy & Healing Services

You know how it feels isolating when it’s just you vs your struggles? As your therapist, we help you shift your struggles into strengths when your anxiety or depression takes over at the worst possible moments. In doing this, you take back control of your life, free yourself from the thoughts holding you back, and begin loving the life you live! Through providing the highest quality and holistic healing interventions, we are committed to supporting you in your healing and growth journey. As Alder puts it, “courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.” How do you courageously face the difficult questions & reclaim your strength? Our team supports cultural integration and competency. We are people of color that understand the ethnic and cultural experience.
