Sharing yoga, in downtown Concord New Hampshire, has been offering yoga classes since 2007. Sharing Yoga offers over 25 different in-person and online yoga classes, with options for every level of experience. In addition to regular classes, you can also gain new knowledge from specialty workshops and courses exploring specialty yoga-related topics. You can also feel supported by theme-based offerings that support communities navigating difficult experiences. We also offer offsite retreats, private 1:1 yoga sessions, and workplace wellness classes in your office, to meet you where you meet your mat. Sharing Yoga is also a uniquely experienced teaching studio, having taught over 200 local yoga teachers.
