About Shelton Hospitality Group

The Shelton Hospitality Group comprises the food, beverage and hospitality businesses of James Beard Award winning chef Craig Shelton. The Shelton Hospitality Group is rooted in Chef Shelton's history in fine dining and Relais & Châteaux level hospitality. In addition to fine dining, we are a multi-disciplinary hospitality company engaged in media content creation, fine casual restaurant concept development, blended dining and retail concept development and hospitality consulting. The Shelton Hospitality Group was founded in the fall of 2017 and is excited to launch its first project in late summer of 2018.
