Shem Creek Capital, established in 2008, is a commercial real estate debt fund with a focus on providing stretch senior bridge loan capital solutions to local and regional commercial real estate owners in the Northeastern & Mid-Atlantic United States. Led by principals with extensive real estate and structured finance experience, Shem Creek provides customizable debt capital for mid-market commercial real estate investors on value-add and transitional assets including acquisition, refinancing, and restructurings. Loans originated by Shem Creek will be held on balance sheet and serviced in-house providing an ease of execution during the carrying out of the proposed business plan.
