About Shepherd HomeOwners Association

Established in 2008, Shepherd (formerly known as Sheffield) was conceived to elevate community values, and we take great pride in maintaining a 4.5-star Google rating. Shepherd defines property management excellence, as setting the standard for owners’ associations. With a dedicated team and commitment to excellence, we strive to deliver unparalleled service and support to our clients. We work closely with developers to align our services with their vision and objectives. By understanding the developers' perspective, we optimize property management operations to enhance property value, maintain structural integrity, and ensure long-term sustainability. As a company fully owned and operated within Dubai, we boast deep-seated roots in the city’s dynamic real estate scenes. We ensure compliance through our extensive network and robust connections with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), enabling us to navigate regulatory requirements seamlessly and deliver the highest level of service. With a commitment to seamless operations, we prioritize the approval of projects at the beginning of each year. This proactive approach eliminates potential cash flow issues and allows for the smooth and efficient functioning of the building's operations. At Shepherd, we believe in transparency throughout selecting service providers. We evaluate and choose vendors based on their expertise, quality of service, and competitive pricing, ensuring that our clients benefit from the best available options. Drawing from our extensive experience working for developers during the construction stages of the community, we get an insight into the challenges faced by the developers. This insight enables us to tailor our services and strategies effectively to meet the specific needs of our clients. Having entered the property management industry in 2008, we have rapidly gained recognition and established ourselves as a trusted name synonymous with excellence and professionalism.
