As a former accountant and business owner himself, Mr. Shepherd comprehends first hand the necessity of avoiding legal problems while at the same time maintaining the company’s bottom line. Our clientele includes businesses and business owners whose revenues don’t support a fulltime in-house counsel or large multinational firm, but need who a licensed attorney to draft commercial contracts, manage employee relations and disputes, protect assets and provide general corporate counseling and representation.
