Sherman Group is a Minneapolis commercial real estate developer that specializes in unique and creative office space that fosters the entrepreneurial spirit in the historic Minneapolis Warehouse District. In a real estate world dominated by REIT’s and National Companies we remain a family owned business. The Sherman Group has owned commercial buildings in Minneapolis since 1991 focusing on the Warehouse District and the North Loop. Being independent we understand the financial issues facing start-ups and small businesses when starting or expanding their office as well as those established ones that are looking to grow but unsure of the future. We recognize and respect those who take on that challenge and work very hard to find flexible solutions that share the risk.
