Selected work: • Led multi-phase CRM transformations, including Salesforce-to-Creatio migrations involving tens of thousands of records, custom objects, and integrations with support, finance, and marketing platforms. • Designed and implemented data, analytics, and MDM foundations so sales and service teams work from a single, trusted view of the customer. • Built Salesforce and other TCO and CRM comparison tools to help clients quantify ROI and choose the right platform for their stage of growth. • Set up and managed offshore delivery teams to provide predictable, cost-effective admin, support, and continuous improvement for CRM and IT operations.
