About Shikhar Spaces

Shikhar Spaces is a leading real estate firm in Uttarakhand. It is a pioneer in introducing the concept of gated communities with its projects in the Kumaon region. The real estate player has been developing apartments, villas, and plots for the last 30 years and has contributed to the economy of the region. When it started in 1992 under the name Shikhar Group, the bane of Uttarakhand was the lack of opportunities for the local population due to poor infrastructure. The hill state was facing an exodus of manpower and talent. The Shikhar Group's developments have boosted the infrastructure, which in turn revitalised the local economy. Thousands of educated young people benefited without the need to migrate from the state. Shikhar's properties offer the timeless beauty of nature. We develop properties that are for people seeking nourishment for their body, mind, and soul rather than simply satisfying the demand for a vacation or second home.
