Shincell New Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in Suzhou High-tech Zone in March 2019, focusing on the research, development and manufacturing of environment-friendly, high-performance lightweight polymer foams using supercritical CO2+N2 gas foaming technology. Production lines using this unique and sustainable foaming tech. were designed, built with the exclusive IP rights to produce foam sheet, special-shaped foams. The capacity is 5000tons/year until end of 2025. Shincell's products are mainly divided into two types, rigid high-strength foams and soft high-elastic foams. The rigid high-strength foams include microcellular polypropylene (MPP),microcellular PVDF foam(M-PVDF), and the soft high-elastic foams include thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (MTPU and ATPU), Peba foam, TPEE foam and other high performance elastomers. Products are widely used in footwear industry, EV battery industry, pharmaceutical and aerospace industry. Shincell is strongly committed to technology research and innovation and new polymer lightweight materials development. Who has established R & D center both onsite and has joint R&D center with two famous universities, Zhejiang University and East China University of Science and Technology.
