We provide Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 surveys on residential properties. We aim to provide cost-effective high-quality fully independent advice in a timely manner. We are approachable and our reports are clear, jargon free and comprehensive enabling you to make a sound investment based on facts not emotion. As RICS Registered Valuers we provide valuations for a range of purposes we can provide valuations alongside the survey and more specialised valuations for Taxation, Probate, Insurance Rebuild, Matrimonial and Help to Buy. Our efficient in-house administration team will liaise with the seller or their agents and following the inspection, our surveyors will call to discuss the broad outline of their findings our reports are typically issued within three days of the inspection. 85% of our Work are referrals from a Professional contact (figures 2022/2023 based on turnover) we are an owner managed business and consider our reputation to be the single most important accolade.
