Shma Collective is a national owner’s representative firm delivering program, project, and procurement management across retail, corporate, hospitality, wellness, and faith-based environments. We represent ownership from concept through construction, aligning teams, protecting the owner’s interests, and reducing project costs through strategic procurement and direct sourcing of key scopes, including millwork and playground solutions. Our role is to bring clarity, accountability, and control to every phase of delivery. We work closely with owners, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to align vision, budget, schedule, and execution from early planning through project turnover. Shma comes from the Hebrew word meaning “to hear” or “to listen.” That principle shapes how we work. We listen first to understand the business objectives behind each project, then lead with disciplined execution to keep teams aligned and projects moving.
