About Shodeen Homes

For over 60 years Shodeen Homes has been building quality, energy efficient, new construction homes in Chicago's Western suburbs and in Southern Wisconsin. Shodeen serves home buyers at all stages in life. Whether you're looking for a first home, a move-up home, a luxury home or looking to downsize, our focus is on designing communities in prime locations supported by strong school districts, with convenient shopping and services nearby along with plenty of open space, parks and amenities. We take pride in our craftsmanship and are committed to our customers through a series of orientations, walk-throughs and inspections, and a relationship that continues long after they move in.
