Shoham Medical Center is Israel’s largest public hospital dedicated to geriatric rehabilitation, located on the northern outskirts of Pardes Hanna–Karkur. Established in 1948 and operating under the Ministry of Health since 1976, Shoham has evolved into a national leader in comprehensive elderly care and advanced rehabilitation. The center provides multidisciplinary inpatient care, including orthopedic, neurologic and respiratory rehabilitation, sub-acute internal medicine, complex supportive nursing, and dementia care. Shoham also offers extensive services: physical, occupational, and speech therapy, radiology, pharmacy, and social work.
