Founded in 2018 with the mission to create beverages that celebrate and elevate. Shorts Boy Distillery is an advocate and supporter of coastal rewilding projects. Our first product The Tidal Rum is an award winning gold rum infused with Pepper Dulse foraged at low tide in Jersey.
