About SHPRD

SHPRD (Strategic Homeland Partnership to Rescue the Defenseless) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting children by strengthening the capacity of law enforcement, educators, and community partners to prevent, identify, and respond to crimes against children, including trafficking, exploitation, and abuse. Through innovative technology, training, research, and operational support, SHPRD enhances the capabilities of child-protection agencies without engaging in investigative or enforcement activities. We provide advanced tools, analytical support, and interagency coordination to close critical gaps and ensure that agencies have the resources needed to safeguard vulnerable children. SHPRD operates with full respect for legal boundaries surrounding law enforcement work, maintaining a strict separation from investigative decision-making and case operations. Our mission is to strengthen the shield around children by empowering those who protect them with better training, better tools, and better support.
