Shrimplin Planning & Development is an independent consultancy founded in 2012 which provides expert advice on all aspects of Town Planning. The planning process is complex, covers a wide range of issues and involves a large number of stakeholders. We help you take control of the planning process though our perceptive, proactive and positive approach which enables us to identify and address issues before they arise. We cannot guarantee success, but we can guarantee that there will be no surprises. We get a lot of repeat business and recommendations as our clients know that we deliver success for them. We work nationwide, in particular London and the South East. Our clients are local and institutional scale developers, pension funds, landowners, Cambridge Colleges, schools, charities and local authorities. We work on a wide range of projects including residential; life sciences, offices & midtech; industrial and warehousing; student accommodation and education; care/healthcare; strategic land and local plan representations; retail; and even viticulture. This diverse experience allows us to bring different perspectives to projects.
