Founded in 2007, the Leadership Institute is comprised of a diverse group of higher-education professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers and educators — leaders and innovators who believe in the power of Transformational Leadership: the practice by which leaders inspire and empower others to innovate and create positive and lasting change. We are committed to offering values-based curricula designed to assist others in becoming transformational leaders, equipped to meet whatever leadership challenge they encounter.
