About Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council, Boy Scouts of America

The mission of Scouting America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. Headquartered in San Jose, CA, the Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council delivers the Scouting program to San Benito, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and Monterey counties. Guided by a talented staff and dedicated board of directors, our thousands of adult volunteers make a direct and positive impact to over 9,000 youth in our community through a variety of fun and challenging experiences.
