The Silverman Law Firm formally opened in January 2013 in the Williamson Law building in the museum district of Richmond, Virginia. The firm was founded by Josh Silverman after 14 years of working at Williamson & Lavecchia where he was a partner. Josh has been recognized in the the publication Virginia SuperLawyers every year since 2013. He also has the highest peer review rating of "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell. The Silverman Law Firm focuses on representing personal injury clients. Most of our cases involve either automobile accident injuries or medical malpractice. Josh has a particular interest in representing victims of elder abuse and neglect at nursing homes and assisted living facilities. His cases have involved pressure ulcers, falls, medication errors, malnutrition, and dehydration. His automobile accident cases range from careless driving to drunk driving to catastrophic tractor trailer accidents.
