At Home By Hunt, a revolutionary Continuing Care At Home program, is a living option for healthy New Hampshire residents who want to spend the rest of their lives in their own home, while planning for future care needs. The program provides a complete spectrum of services all managed by a personal care coordinator, such as assisted living and nursing care when and if needed.
