About Silverwood Rose

Silverwood Rose is an operator-led advisory studio supporting hospitality, consumer, and lifestyle founders through complex moments in their businesses. We pressure test strategy, structure, and decisions through real-world operator experience, helping founders strengthen their foundations before growth, fundraising, or major transitions. Alongside advisory work, we build an ecosystem around operators and founders through community (I Rise LA), founder perspective (The Invisible Rebuild), and venture studio initiatives.
