Patients complete a structured, ten-minute assessment before their appointment - covering 70+ clinical fields across over 15 menopause health domains. Results are presented in a clear, clinician-facing summary with relevant context surfaced, so consultations start focused, rather than from scratch. Designed with clinical oversight and aligned to NICE NG23 and related guidance, Silvia captures what matters: symptoms, medical history, screening status, family risk, heritage-related factors and lifestyle - all in one place. In private practice, Silvia helps unlock capacity and deliver consistent, high-quality care by reducing time spent on information gathering. In NHS settings, the same structured approach supports more efficient workflows and helps patients reach appropriate care pathways sooner. After the consultation, Silvia supports continuity through symptom and treatment-experience tracking and access to relevant educational resources, so follow-up appointments start with shared context.
