About Sima Gatea I Systems Change Leadership

I work at the intersection of systems change, social innovation and inner transformation. As a facilitator, coach and social entrepreneur, I design and hold space for personal reflection and collective learning journeys for changemakers and support them to translate these into meaningful change in their communities and organisations. At the heart of my work is the intention to hold spaces where people feel seen, heard, safe and resourced to express their authenticity, passions and talents; a state which I believe will ultimately nourish more conscious leadership and ultimately states of peace and flourishing — within ourselves, in our communities and across human and more than human ecosystems at large. My approach is informed by my myriad of studies in contemplative and trauma-informed somatic practices, drawing on Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Experiencing, Transformative Coaching, Sufi Psychology and teachings from the Dalai Lama Fellowship. Through these approaches, I support people and collectives to cultivate the presence, trust and relational capacity needed to navigate complexity and co-create new possibilities for life's great challenges, questions and potential. I offer my work in English, French and German. Find out more: simagatea.com
