At Simplarity, I work primarily with home health and in-home senior care agencies, as well as transportation companies and law firms that are overwhelmed by disconnected tools, repetitive tasks, and fragile workflows. My role is to understand how their business actually runs, identify where systems are breaking down, and design practical AI-powered solutions that reduce friction and save time. My work focuses on: • Replacing manual processes with simple, reliable AI-powered workflows • Connecting systems that don’t talk to each other • Reducing errors, delays, and constant follow-ups • Designing automation that supports real operations—not idealized diagrams Engagements typically begin with an AI Efficiency Audit to map key workflows and identify high-leverage improvements. From there, I lead done-for-you automation builds or develop custom AI tools when off-the-shelf software isn’t enough.
