About Simply Health Clinic UK

Simply Health Clinic UK is a Counselling Service and Natural Health Care Practice supporting individuals struggling with their mental and emotional health. This can often lead to other health concerns resulting in chronic illnesses such as disordered sleep, compromised gut function, hormonal imbalances amongst many other health issues. The company offers an integrative counselling service which incorporates the use of Person-Centred Psychodynamic Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help an individual reach their specific goal regarding their mental and emotional health. The Natural Healthcare service which is also accessible through Simply Health Clinic UK provides healthcare support and acknowledges that imbalances in one's physical, nutritional or emotional health can result in health disorders and chronic disease. Both services can be accessed independently of each other or together if requested offering a more holistic approach to an individual's healthcare treatment plan. I'm Paula the lead Practitioner for Simply Health Clinic UK. I am a Counsellor and Naturopathic Clinician and has worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years. Science has demonstrated that mental and emotional health issues can largely be responsible for many physical manifestations of chronic illnesses. I therefore work to support individuals with managing their mental and emotional health and if requested I can address this aspect of their health at a more in-depth level. In addition to counselling Naturopathic medicine is used to identify the root cause of other health concerns and treatment plans are then implemented.
