We cover a broad range of services including design and build, new build, partnering, and turn-key contracts. Simply Real Estate has a wide variety of strong yielding investments in both operational and investment real estate, covering a variety of sectors including healthcare, retail, industrial, leisure and residential. We have an established track record of working with institutional private equity investors, often on a repeat basis, to assist with development and long-term investments.
