About Simpson Property Services Scotland Ltd

Simpson Property Services was formed over 20 years ago by Graeme Simpson in response to local demand for high quality yet fairly priced contract services. In 2003 we became a Limited Company and were rebranded ‘Simpson Property Services (Scotland) Ltd’. From a modest workforce of 8, we now have a professional team of 50 committed tradesmen and operatives comprising a mix of local and overseas staff that are all qualified to a high standard. The teams are trained to work within many business sectors as we have an expanding network of clients across these markets including a number of large organisations. We have also built up a solid base of professional and reliable sub-contractors with whom we share our vision. Simpson Property Services has extensive experience in facilities management and can responsibly manage your systems and infrastructure with you. Our tailored solutions range from our simple twenty-four hour Helpdesk through to fully outsourced maintenance delivery, or 'one stop' prime contractor initiatives which cover a wide range of services.
