We are a growing team based in Surabaya working on projects that solve real-life problems. First and foremost, we take pride in delivering ingenious good work. This means challenging commonly held beliefs and not settling for the easiest existing route. We always seek critical feedback and encourage conflict of ideas in order to produce the best original product possible. One of our biggest missions is to cultivate local talent. We firmly believe that there should not be a monopoly on good ideas, as anyone can bring value with the right environment, training, and discipline. Ultimately, we believe that growth is the best feedback loop to achieve ingenious work. Collaboration is also at the very heart of Simpul. Our approach is to partner with industry experts, exchanging ideas and skills and pushing one another to grow one project at a time. It takes a team, not just an individual, to tackle problems that are worth solving.
