About SIMVIC GROUP

SIMVIC GROUP: Systems Engineering for Global Metal Recycling The Architectural Approach to Recycling SIMVIC GROUP is an engineering-driven Recycling Plant Builder specializing in medium-to-large-scale ferrous and non-ferrous recovery facilities. We integrate in-house core equipment manufacturing with complex system engineering to deliver coordinated, high-reliability plants for the 4–200 TPH capacity range. Our Core Engineering Philosophy We apply systems engineering thinking to solve modern scrap challenges. A recycling plant is a dynamic ecosystem; its success depends on the optimized interaction between shredding, separation, shearing, and baling. By synchronizing these sub-systems, we ensure Total Plant Performance exceeds the sum of individual units—minimizing energy flux while maximizing high-purity metal yield. Integrated Vertical Capabilities SIMVIC bridges the gap between small workshops and experimental digital developers. Our strength lies in Integrated Execution: Strategic Plant Planning: Site-specific workflow optimization. Process Design: Advanced material recovery modeling. Core Manufacturing: Precision-engineered Shredders, Shears, and Balers. Automation: Smart control systems for operational stability. Lifecycle Service: Global support via 12+ overseas offices. Strategic Market Positioning Since 1971, rooted in the pioneering work of Mr. Qin Linsheng, SIMVIC has combined UK-based R&D with global manufacturing efficiency. We cater to professional operators prioritizing sustainable ROI, uptime, and mechanical durability. SIMVIC provides the robust backbone for the circular economy, delivering turnkey plants that transform waste into high-value secondary raw materials.
