SGP Ltd are UK debt collectors, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and have traded since 2004. We are based on the Wirral in the North West of England but collect debts worldwide. We specialise in the collection and recovery of commercial and consumer debts, settling disputes and reclaiming unpaid debts on behalf of our clients. If your business is suffering from unpaid invoices, SGP has the ability to recover your monies in a professional and efficient manner. Skilled negotiators utilise both traditional skills and hi-tech methods including email, SMS Texting and our unique debt management system to gain the optimum results from each debtor communication. Consumer debtors are traced via a state of the art tracing system to ensure compliance with Ministry of Justice rules. Whilst we deal with most industries, we have particular specialisms in construction (including Pre Action Protocols), private education sector, dental laboratories, expert witnesses and engineering. Where a client is happy to self-represent in Court, we offer a County Court administration service to deal with the paperwork on your behalf.
