About Sindri Consulting

Most regulated firms are already using AI, whether through staff tools, document automation, or informal experimentation. Few could confidently explain to a regulator, auditor, or client how that usage is controlled. Sindri Consulting works with financial and professional services firms to turn unmanaged AI exposure into governed, working systems. We assess where AI is already in use, design the policies and controls around it, and build secure implementations that operate within defined boundaries. We work exclusively in regulated environments where getting AI wrong carries real consequences. That means every engagement combines legal governance, AI expertise, and software engineering rather than treating them as separate workstreams. Sindri is led by three senior specialists: Rory Forrest — Jersey Advocate, former Chief Legal Officer, and Chartered Governance Professional. Raoul Harris — CFA charterholder with advanced training in mathematics, statistics, and data science. Jamie Le Brun — Senior software engineer specialising in secure, production-ready systems for regulated environments.
