Sinogap Solutions Consulting was founded in 2019 by Dr. Johanna Pagonis, following a decade of experience as a part-time training consultant while also serving as a senior manager with the Government of Alberta. The firm was established in response to Dr. Pagonis' dissatisfaction with traditional consulting agencies that often prioritized quick profits over the delivery of meaningful, sustainable solutions. Determined to offer a more impactful approach, Dr. Pagonis transitioned her part-time consulting work into a full-time business venture, founding Sinogap Solutions as a dynamic, research-driven management consulting firm.
