Sirry offers auditing services to get a reality check from the customer’s perspective to measure their journey and experience through the different channels of interaction to highlight any inconsistencies. The audit will assess compliance with policy, procedure effectiveness, and customer service performance and responsiveness. Our services are followed by recommendations to enhance the customers' experience and satisfaction. Sirry can cover a wide variety of scenarios that are presented to evaluators. These scenarios are then applied in the field based on the need of the customer to determine areas of weakness in product, process or protocols implemented. Due to the different characteristics of each customer, we ensure that the evaluators test the specific skills that are needed in the staff to ensure that actual customers enjoy a rich and fulfilling experience. These services can be provided several times until we are confident in the consistency demonstrated across evaluators, channels, and situations.
