SIS is a support group for drinks-industry womXn in South Africa, as well as South Africans abroad. Our purpose is increasing gender representation and seniority within bars through sisterly synergy and mutual upliftment. Following our #TellYourSis ethos, we let each other know about industry opportunities, give and receive advice, share our achievements and cheer each other on. SIS was awarded Best Upliftment Initiative in the 2023 Bar & Beverage Awards.
